Your character will likely lean more toward either the League or Norvelios. Create some culture for your faction: history, slang, holidays, traditions, events, whatever. Speak up with your ideas during session zero and beyond.
The same applies for your character's origin culture. I won't have everything for all the origin points around the galaxy, so feel free to make things up for where you come from.
