Bernard Straka

Former High Councilman Bernard Straka was a long-serving member of the Galactic High Council. He commissioned a space station from Norvelios, but wasn't able to make final payment following his disgrace and expulsion from the Council. This station was later renamed Timerius, but because the change happened so late in its creation the magpie colours of the Straka family crest can still be seen in the uniforms and rank insignia of the station's staff. It was originally to be named for his family's ancestral home Zimovisko (Winterhome).
